Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision in Centurion, Gauteng.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate retail staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer engagement.
• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain store standards and product availability.
• Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service is delivered throughout the store.
• Assist in managing store budgets, controlling operational costs, and minimizing shrinkage.
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Participate in staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
