Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and management.

• Oversee stock levels, assist with merchandising, and ensure visual standards are maintained.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Process transactions and manage cash handling as required.

• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
• Implement and monitor company policies and procedures.
• Assist in analyzing sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
