You will recruit and train staff, manage inventory, monitor KPI performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role demands a hands-on manager who can adapt to weekend/evening shifts and help shape a high-performing store

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory management and loss prevention techniques.
• Proficiency in retail POS systems and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Adaptability to a hybrid work environment, managing both on-site and remote duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• Drive sales and achieve store revenue targets through effective sales strategies and team motivation.
