Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable processes.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or Xero and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Process AP invoices and payments with accurate recording.
• Assist with AR functions including invoicing and collections.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and deferrals under supervision.
• Support monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with inventory accounting and cost analysis.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with policies.
• Handle ad-hoc accounting tasks and projects.
