Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
• Prepare project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate project-related meetings and follow up on actions.
• Track project progress against timelines and budgets.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
