The successful candidate will perform FEA analysis, develop repair schemes, collaborate on weight and cost optimization, and ensure compliance with aviation standards throughout lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in aircraft structures engineering.
• Proficiency with FEA software (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN) and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and validation using FEA software.
• Develop and implement structural repair schemes for aircraft components.
• Collaborate with design teams to optimize structural integrity, weight, and cost.
• Conduct material testing and selection for structural applications.
• Review and approve structural design documentation, including drawings and specs.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
