Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with structures specialization.
• 7+ years of experience as Aircraft Stress Analyst or in a related structural engineering role.
• Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software such as NASTRAN and ANSYS.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and stress calculations for aircraft components and airframes using FEA software.
• Evaluate structural integrity under static, dynamic, fatigue, and thermal loads.
• Develop and validate analytical models, ensuring accuracy and correlation with test data.
• Collaborate with design engineers to optimize structures for weight reduction and performance enhancement.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and present findings to engineering and management teams.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aerospace standards and regulations.
