Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with a specialization in structures.
• Proven experience in aircraft structural design and analysis, preferably with FEA tools.
• Strong understanding of material properties, fatigue, fracture mechanics, and stress analysis.
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes and composite materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design of aircraft components and assemblies using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software.
• Develop and test structural designs to meet airworthiness requirements and performance specifications.
• Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports for structural components.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and maintenance teams to ensure the integrity of structural repairs and modifications.
• Investigate structural failures or damage and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aerospace regulations and industry standards.
