Qualificações

• Must have a BEng / BSc / BTech in Mechanical or Mechatronic Eng with relevant experience.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years post-graduation in building services.
• Experience in HVAC design and construction monitoring in building services.
• Experience in sectors: Clean Rooms, Advanced Manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of Revit.
• Familiarity with Autodesk ACC or Forma advantageous.
• Eligibility for ECSA registration advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HVAC design calculations and specifications.
• Manage projects from inception to closeout with some supervision.
• Prepare tender documentation and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Oversee contractor and contract management within the mechanical discipline.
• Ensure QA/QC and provide site supervision for installations.
• Support BIM and digital delivery using ACC, Forma, and Revit.
