Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Diploma in a technical engineering field or related discipline.
• 3–5 years' experience in HVAC sales, energy-efficiency solutions or retrofit projects.
• Proven ability to develop and close technical sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and develop optimised HVAC retrofit and digital energy-management solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to identify energy-saving and system-performance opportunities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals demonstrating energy savings and lifecycle cost advantages.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop technically sound, commercially competitive solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with consulting engineers, owners and contractors; present solutions and demonstrate ROI.
