Position: Human Resources Consultant, Except Payroll and Timekeeping

Type: Contract

Compensation: $59 – $111/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and maintain personnel documentation including recruitment records, training files, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and leave records.
• Record and validate employee data such as earnings, absences, production outputs, supervisory reports, and termination records.
• Explain personnel policies, procedures, and benefits programs to employees and applicants while contributing knowledge to AI training datasets.
• Assist in administering employee benefits and workers’ compensation programs while providing structured inputs for AI learning.
• Respond to inquiries regarding eligibility, examinations, salaries, benefits, and HR policies with accurate documentation suitable for AI model training.
• Collaborate with data annotation teams to structure HR scenarios and datasets for AI development.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated HR content to ensure compliance, accuracy, and alignment with HR best practices.
