Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote HR Manager to lead the HR function across dispersed teams. You will build a cohesive culture in a fully remote environment, develop and execute HR strategies, and support talent acquisition and development to drive engagement and well-being nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a management role.

• Excellent leadership, communication and strategic thinking abilities.
