Job summary

LA Brands in Johannesburg is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and development initiatives. You will oversee disciplinary processes and CCMA matters, ensuring compliance with South African labour laws and Employment Equity requirements across our retail and head office environments.

The role requires 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, a relevant HR/IR diploma, and a drive to improve culture, engagement and safety practices within our teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in HR/IR with 3+ years as HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour law and CCMA.
• Retail, head office or warehouse exposure is a plus.
