Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in HSE management with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Oil & Gas sector.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, best practices, and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001).
• Proven experience in developing and delivering safety training.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
