Job summary

Placements24 seeks a Senior HSE Officer for operations in Benoni, Gauteng. You will develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety and Environmental policies to safeguard workers and the environment across Oil & Gas activities.

You will lead risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and the delivery of HSE training, while promoting a proactive safety culture and ensuring compliance with national and international regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in OHS, Environmental Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HSE management, preferably Oil & Gas.
• Strong auditing, risk assessment and incident investigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HSE programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits for compliance with HSE regulations and policies.
