Job summary

Pro Personnel is seeking a strategic and accomplished Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives within a fully remote global team. This senior role develops and executes HR strategies to support business objectives, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure exceptional employee experience across all regions.

You will guide talent management, organizational development, compensation, and employee relations while partnering with executive leadership to drive HR priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' HR generalist experience
• Strong Employee Relations / Industrial Relations experience
• Practical experience with disciplinary and grievance processes
• Experience dealing with CCMA matters
• Good working knowledge of LRA, BCEA, EEA and Skills Development legislation
• Mining / heavy industry / logistics / transport experience advantageous
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the full HR function
