Qualifications

• Matric/ Grade 12 required.
• Completed N6 in HR at a TVET college.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Learning and Development Administration: support the coordination, scheduling, communications and reporting for learning programmes and employee development initiatives.
• Talent Acquisition Support: assist with recruitment administration, interview coordination, candidate communications and support for screening junior‑role applications under supervision.
• Training and Workforce Data Management: maintain learning records, update training platforms, and produce reports on learning participation.
• Employee and Learner Communications: support communications, scheduling and logistics for learning programmes, interviews and workshops and People team initiatives.
• General HR Operations Support: assist with non‑confidential People administration, reporting, documentation management and continuous improvement activities across the GIS People team.
