Job summary

The Recruitment Pig in Gauteng is seeking an HR professional to support daily HR operations, payroll processing, and onboarding for staff. You will help ensure smooth HR workflows and compliance with company policies.

You will maintain employee records, assist with interviews and onboarding, and respond to staff inquiries about leave and benefits while upholding South African labour regulations. This role offers learning opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources.
• Three years of practical working experience in HR operations.
• Good understanding of South African payroll and labor laws.
• Basic knowledge of BEE scorecards and EE rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager with daily office administration tasks.
• Help process monthly payroll and oversee basic salary inputs.
• Keep all employee files and records neat and updated.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and screening job applicants.
• Welcome new hires and assist with onboarding.
• Answer basic staff questions about leave and employee benefits.
