Responsibilities

• Assist HR Manager with full Payroll on SAGE 300 (a must have)
• Recruitment and Selection - prepare job descriptions, post ads, manage hiring
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Ensure compliance with employment equity and legislation (BCEA)
• Onboarding and Offboarding including exit interviews
• Support employee relations, grievances and disciplinary actions
• Assist in Training and Development initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives
• Provide general HR support and advisory to employees and management

• Assisting the HR Manager with the full Payroll on SAGE 300 (a must have)
• Recruitment and Selection - Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
