Objective Personnel is seeking a Human Resource Manager in the Western Cape. The role focuses on payroll administration, compensation and benefits management, and ensuring labour law compliance.

You will develop job descriptions, oversee employment equity and BEE initiatives, and support conflict resolution with staff and line managers. A matric with a relevant certificate is required, and a degree is advantageous.
