Job summary

MyCareerCraft in Gauteng is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join the leadership team. You will lead all HR functions and act as strategic partner to executives, driving policy implementation and organizational development.

The role requires strong knowledge of South African labour law, CCMA experience, and a passion for people development within a growing company. We offer opportunities to influence Employment Equity and BBBEE pillars.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of South African labour legislation and market practices.
• Minimum 5–8 years' generalist HR experience with 2–3 years in management.
• Proven CCMA and complex employee relations experience.
• Experience using HRIS platforms such as Sage People, PaySpace or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and L&D.
• Act as strategic HR business partner to executive and senior management.
• Manage employee relations and disciplinary/grievance processes, including CCMA representation.
• Ensure compliance with LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, POPIA and all applicable legislation.
• Drive Employment Equity planning and BBBEE HR pillar compliance.
• Oversee payroll input and administration of benefits and compensation.
• Prepare and submit WSP/ATR to the SETA.

• In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation - non-negotiable
• Proven CCMA and complex ER experience
• Experience with HRIS systems (Sage People, PaySpace, SAP, or similar)
• SABPP registration or equivalent preferred
