Srg Financial Placements seeks an experienced HR/IR professional in Durban to lead recruitment, CCMA matters, and wage negotiations. The role demands a qualification in HR/IR and at least 10 years in the field, including 7–8 years CCMA exposure.

Driving is required; you will represent the company in wage talks and handle IOD claims. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted; own vehicle is essential due to travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a qualification in HR / IR.
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in the same field with 7–8 years of CCMA experience.
• Recruitment, Screening, Interviews.
• Submission of Annual Reports.
• IOD claims registration.
• Represent the company at Wage Negotiations.
• MUST HAVE own vehicle and driving experience.
