Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong desire to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist with posting job advertisements and screening candidate applications.
• Support onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation logistics.
• Help maintain accurate and organized employee records in the HR system.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
• Assist in coordinating HR events and employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends as required.
