Placements24 is offering an HR Intern position within the Talent Acquisition team based in Polokwane. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and HR administration.

You will support recruiters, learn the full recruitment lifecycle, and gain exposure to a variety of roles with potential for future employment in a corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Confidentiality and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters in posting job openings on various platforms and social media.
• Source potential candidates using various tools and databases.
• Screen resumes and applications against job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
