Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• Enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn about Human Resources.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
• Support HR team in organizing and conducting employee orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee files and HRIS.
• Screen CVs and schedule interviews for open positions.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
