Placements24 in Paarl, Western Cape, is seeking a highly organized Human Resources Administrator Apprentice. The role is remote-enabled, designed for individuals starting a career in HR, with hands-on exposure to recruitment support, onboarding, payroll administration, and HR record keeping.

You'll work with our HR team from our Paarl base, gaining practical skills and the potential for future full-time employment within the client’s Paarl organization or remotely.

Competenze

• A strong interest in Human Resources and people management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• Experience with HR software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
