Job summary

Fullserve Services Pty LTD is seeking an HR Generalist to manage various HR functions including industrial relations, compliance, recruitment, training, and employee engagement. The role supports engineering and security divisions by aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

The incumbent will handle performance management, policy implementation, and HR projects, while ensuring labour-law compliance and effective workforce management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 3+ years HR experience, preferably in the engineering or security sector.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in handling industrial relations, CCMA cases, and union engagements.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial relations and compliance functions.
• Coordinate performance review processes and coach managers.
• Recruit end-to-end for technical, security, and administrative roles; onboard new hires.
