WE'RE HIRING! HR GENERALIST / HR BUSINESS PARTNER Salary: R30 000 - R40 000 per month Our client, a well-established national FMCG company, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist / HR Business Partner to join their Head Office based in Clairwood, Durban.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant HR qualification
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a generalist HR role
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) capacity
• Previous experience within a Manufacturing / Production / FMCG environment preferred
• Experience working with labour brokers and outsourced workforce providers
• Experience managing large staff complements
• Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices
• Strong employee relations and disciplinary experience
• Experience supporting operational management teams
