Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
• Proven track record in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law (BCEA, LRA, EEA).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis.

• Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
