Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience specifically in HR compliance or labor law.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA).
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
