Placements24 is seeking a meticulous HR Compliance Specialist to join our Kimberley team on-site. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to South African labor laws and HR regulations, while developing, implementing, and monitoring compliant policies and procedures.

You will conduct audits, guide on compliance matters, and deliver training to employees and managers. A Bachelor’s degree in Law/HR and 3–5 years in HR compliance are required, with strong communication and analytical skills driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, HR or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR compliance or employment law.
• In-depth knowledge of SA labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA).
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies and compliance programs.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update HR policies to ensure SA compliance.
• Conduct regular HR audits to assess compliance and risk.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and employee grievances under labour law.
• Stay updated on legislative changes and advise on adjustments.
