Placements24 is seeking a diligent HR Compliance Officer in Soweto to ensure adherence to South African labor laws. You will develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, conduct audits, and guide HR on legal requirements for risk management and ethical operation.

The role requires a strong understanding of employment law, 4+ years in HR compliance, and proactive risk management to support management and the HR department in Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience focused on HR compliance or employment law.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor legislation (e.g., BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA).
• Experience in conducting HR audits and risk assessments.

Responsibilities
