You will shape the workforce, lead organizational design and workforce planning, guide talent management and performance, and partner with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in a BP role.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leadership to influence decisions.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with goals.
• Provide guidance on talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
• Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
• Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to foster a high-performing culture.
• Manage complex employee relations issues with fair and consistent policy application.
