Job summary

RCL FOODS in Rustenburg is seeking a Human Resource Administrator to join the Human Resources team. The role provides day-to-day HR administrative support and contributes to the long-term development of the HR function, reporting to the HR Practitioner.

The role will be based in Rustenburg with a Diploma in HR Management, a valid Code EB driver’s license, and about two years of experience. Responsibilities include recruitment administration, SAP record management, leave handling, payroll

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• Valid Code EB driver's license.
• 2 years of experience in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide all recruitment administration support for A and B appointments.
• Ensure reference and criminal record checks are carried out fully and in a timely manner.
• Manage the new joiner process from offer letter through joining instructions and induction.
• Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner.
• Handle maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave processes and queries.
• Handle health, safety and IOD processes and queries.
• Administer the recording of absence.
• Administer the recording of vacation leave.
• Administer the probationary review periods.
• Capture disciplinary records into SAP.
• Distribute payslips and liaise with payroll.
• Administer employee study loan and bursary documentation.
