Job summary

RCL Foods is seeking an HR Administrator on a fixed-term basis in Durban. The role supports HR services across the baking unit, handling recruitment and onboarding, payroll liaison, and HR data management.

The successful candidate will have a degree in HR, at least 2 years in HR, a valid EB license, and own transport to travel as required. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this temporary role covers essential HR processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management is required.
• At least 2 years in a HR role is essential.
• Valid Code EB drivers’ licence and own car for travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR administration support for recruitment and onboarding.
• Coordinate ITC, reference and criminal checks and onboarding documentation.
• Manage new joiner process from offer to joining instructions.
• Support payroll liaison and respond to payslip queries within 24 hours.
• Maintain HR data and produce weekly management reports.
