Alpha Bpo in La Lucia, South Africa seeks an HR Administrator for its BPO operations. You will manage employee relations, onboarding, contracts, leave management, and offboarding, while partnering with managers to drive HR initiatives.

With 2–3 years in an HR Administrator role and a relevant degree or diploma, you will navigate South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA) and ensure high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Competenze

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in an HR Administrator/BPO role.
• Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA).

Mansioni

• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations enquiries and guidance to managers on disciplinary procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and coordinate onboarding, contracts, leave management, and offboarding processes.
• Administer employee benefits and general HR procedures; ensure compliance with South African labour legislation.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives; partner with line managers to provide HR advisory support and workforce planning insights.
