Job summary

BVi Consulting Engineers Western Cape (Pty) Ltd is seeking an HR Administrator in Cape Town to provide efficient HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle. The role includes coordinating leave, onboarding, benefits administration, and labour compliance while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of service.

The successful candidate will report to the HR Regional Manager and be part of the HR Team, with responsibilities spanning payroll-related tasks, performance management

Qualifications

• Minimum Grade 12 is required.
• HR qualification such as a Higher Certificate or Diploma is advantageous.
• Experience in HR administration and labour compliance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Regional Manager and HR Team with onboarding and leave administration.
• Manage monthly employee leave administration and reconciliation.
• Handle timesheet control and employee benefits administration.
• Assist with labour compliance, including Employment Equity reporting and related submissions.
• Support performance management processes and probation cycles.
• Perform ad-hoc HR administrative tasks as needed.
