Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' recent Opera PMS experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Reservationist in a hotel/lodge/resort environment.
• Experience handling high reservation volumes and multiple booking channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accommodation reservations via telephone, email, online booking platforms, and travel agents.
• Capture, amend, and cancel reservations in Opera PMS with accuracy.
• Provide professional and courteous guest service and respond to enquiries promptly.
