The Good Human (Pty)Ltd invites an experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations, drive financial performance, and motivate a high-performing team. You will shape strategy, oversee budgeting, forecasts, and governance, and ensure service standards align with a prestigious hotel brand.

The role requires proven hotel leadership, strong communication, and hands-on people management across departments. An HOD or senior manager with finance, HR, or legal qualification or equivalent experience is

Formación

Formal qualification related to finance, law, or human resources, or extensive managerial experience in these fields.
Proven management track record in hotel operations and team leadership.
Currently hold a Head of Department (HOD) position or similar senior management role.
Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Solid financial management expertise.
Excellent communication and team-building abilities.

Responsabilidades

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and service standards.
Manage hotel financial functions: budget prep, forecasting, capex, cash flow, reports, and governance.
Lead HR activities: staff recruitment, development, retention strategies.
Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to grow market share and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with teams to uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experience.
