Elchemie Recruitment in Gauteng, Pretoria, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor with proven leadership in hotel housekeeping to oversee floor operations at Rosebank. You will drive quality assurance, mentor supervisors and room attendants, and act as a trusted link between daily housekeeping, the Executive Housekeeper, and Contract Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in senior or lead supervisory roles in hotel housekeeping.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, perform quality audits and manage room turnarounds.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee shift-to-shift floor activities and staff deployment across teams.
• Conduct high-level room inspections and public area audits to enforce 4/5-star standards.
• Mentor junior supervisors and room attendants; manage rosters and attendance.
• Act as liaison with the client's Executive Housekeeper and site management; handle guest requests.
• Oversee stock controls for linen, amenities, and cleaning chemicals; monitor usage.
• Assist with basic site HR tasks; support safety talks and OHS compliance.
