Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily housekeeping operations for executive suites and premium spaces.
• Develop and enforce stringent cleaning, sanitation, and presentation standards.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff.
• Manage inventory of linens, amenities, supplies, and equipment with cost control.
• Conduct inspections to ensure luxury standards and address deficiencies.
• Oversee infection control protocols and safe chemical handling.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance for seamless guest experiences.
• Develop and manage departmental budget and expenses.
• Maintain records of activities, staff schedules, and guest feedback.
