Career Custodians is seeking a Training Coordinator to design, deliver, and document learning programs across our hospitality group. The role emphasizes empowering back-of-house staff to grow through structured training plans and high-quality materials.

You will liaise with managers, support induction programs, and ensure training records are meticulously kept. Proficiency with LMS tools and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Matric and *tertiary qualification* in HR/ET or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 2 years of hospitality training experience.
• Experience with LMS and training delivery tools; Opera is advantageous.
• Strong administrative and communication skills; ability to develop training materials.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured training programs for staff.
• Document training processes and store records.
• Coordinate with external providers for specialized training.
• Promote HR engagement via effective communication platforms.
• Deliver internal training sessions and share materials digitally.
• Support induction training for new employees.
• Regularly revise training manuals and compile skills development reports.
