The Bay Hotel in Camps Bay, part of Village n Life, seeks a Service Manager to oversee restaurant operations, maintain high service levels and drive guest satisfaction.

You will support the host manager with staffing, budgets and reporting while upselling food, beverages, accommodation and tourism services.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, strong leadership, excellent communication and proficiency in MS Office; Opera experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and SOPs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain service levels in restaurant and front office.
• Manage dining room setup, catering and shift organisation.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service and reception on reservations and events.
