Intercon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Reservationist for a Drakensberg resort, responsible for managing enquiries and reservations, assisting guests, and supporting daily resort operations. On-site residence is required to coordinate services effectively.

The role requires hospitality background, fluent English and Afrikaans, a valid driver’s licence, and strong communication. Experience with bookings, payments, and learning new tech is advantageous.

Formación

• Hospitality reception experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organised, reliable and able to multitask under pressure.
• Comfortable learning new technology.

Responsabilidades

• Handle telephone, WhatsApp and email enquiries.
• Manage reservations, quotations, invoices and payments.
• Welcome guests, coordinate check-ins and group bookings.
• Maintain records and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with payroll, timesheets and general administration.
• Operate the reception/shop, POS system, cash-ups and stock.
• Coordinate housekeeping supplies and room readiness.
• Support resort events, marketing and daily operations.
