Job summary

MyCareerCraft in the Cape Winelands is seeking a Guest Liaison on a permanent basis to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and arrivals, ensuring accurate, timely responses and exceptional service.

The role requires a hospitality or travel background, 2–3 years in concierge and reservations, and solid knowledge of PMS systems plus MS Office; fluency in English is essential and additional languages are a bonus.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism preferred.
• 2–3 years experience in concierge and reservations.
• Knowledge of PMS systems.
• Computer literate; MS Outlook, Word and Excel required.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all incoming emails and reservation messages are dealt with promptly and accurately.
• Assist lodge guests with reserving restaurants, tours, and transfers.
• Be conversant with hotel rates, including rack, offers and contracted rates.
• Check bookings for each day prior to arrival for accuracy and confirmations.
