Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in reservations with inbound experience in Africa (Botswana / Zimbabwe) and South Africa.
• Strong planning skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• TOURPLAN experience preferable.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound reservation inquiries with professionalism and a customer-centric approach
• Ensure smooth booking processes, adhering to company standards and deadlines
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize reservation management and service delivery
• Maintain detailed and accurate reservation records to support operational efficiency
