Job summary

Karen Tupper Recruitment seeks a senior hospitality leader to oversee day-to-day operations across luxury estate departments in the Western Cape. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure brand standards, and lead HODs and teams to foster accountability and a positive culture.

You will monitor performance, budgets and safety, collaborating with revenue and operations to translate insights into action for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years’ hospitality experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality, Business, Food & Beverage or Event Management.
• Experience managing multiple hospitality operations, ideally within luxury, boutique, wine-estate or premium environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across all hospitality departments, ensuring consistent service and brand standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction and deliver a premium, seamless estate experience.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency and sustainable growth.
• Manage operational challenges, resolve conflicts and maintain effective communication across departments.

Requirements

• SA Citizen
• Relevant degree or certification in Hospitality, Business, Food & Beverage or Event Management.
• 10–12 years’ hospitality experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multiple hospitality operations, ideally within luxury, boutique, wine-estate or premium environments.
• Strong commercial, operational, financial and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and leadership abilities.
