• Proficient in PMS and able to lead diverse teams with clear communication.
• Knowledge of local labour laws and health/safety regulations.

Duties:

• Manage daily operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and analyse P&L statements to increase profitability.
• Maintain brand standards, compliance with health/safety regulations, and implement best practices across all properties.
• Mentor, lead, and evaluate performance of General Managers and staff, driving employee engagement.
• Drive high-quality customer service, monitor feedback, and resolve escalated guest issues.
• Collaborate with head office to support corporate objectives and drive company growth.
• Development and maintaining exceptional Food & Beverage standards across all restaurants, bars, lounges, banqueting, and room service operations.
• Ensure Company Compliance with food safety, health, labour, and liquor licensing regulations as well as other business licensing.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-7+ years' experience in senior operations or general management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting)
• Proficiency in PMS (Property Management Systems), and strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to travel frequently to different locations.
• Sound knowledge of local labour legislation and health/safety standards.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
