Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

• Knowledge of building codes, fire safety and accessibility standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, Enscape).
• In-depth understanding of the operational requirements and guest experience considerations in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, fire safety regulations, and accessibility standards applicable to public venues.
• Experience working within the Western Cape region, particularly in coastal areas, is advantageous.
