You will be involved in projects from concept development through to the detailed design and implementation phases, working closely with clients to bring their visions to life. Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop innovative architectural designs for hospitality projects, focusing on aesthetics, functionality, and guest experience.
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with clients, interior designers, and branding consultants to ensure cohesive project outcomes.
• Work with engineers and consultants to integrate building systems and ensure technical feasibility.
• Research and propose suitable materials, finishes, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) for hospitality environments.
• Prepare detailed design documentation for tender and construction purposes.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve any issues that arise.
• Stay updated on current trends and best practices in hospitality design.
• Manage design phases within project timelines and budgets.
• Contribute to a creative and collaborative studio environment.

Requirements
